Focus Group on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

The first session of our Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Focus Group took place on 20    September.

 The aim of this focus group methodology is to identify the main gender equality issues at our institute and to gather their input for the development of a good practice manual. Three sessions will be prepared and the information collected will then be categorised, coded and statistically analysed.

 The group is made up of teaching and non-teaching staff representing our community and was created as part of our Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan 2022-2024, which aims to implement and develop policies and practices that promote equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion in our community.

 The 2nd session of the Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Focus Group took place on 18 October.

The 3rd Focus Group session took place on 29 November.
